Products under the York Studio umbrella.
A focused set of AI-native apps. Some live, some in the workshop — all built on the same principle: automation should give people their time back.
York Revenue Suite
The revenue terminal for Whop sellers: one app, three modules covering the whole revenue lifecycle. Convert turns pending checkouts, expiring trials and warm leads into members; Retain recovers failed payments, saves cancellations and wins back churned members; Insight turns MRR, churn, payment health and cohorts into a clear picture, with anonymous benchmarks against whops your size. Every recovered dollar is tracked in a conservative, message-preconditioned attribution ledger, and suite-wide safety rails — quiet hours, cross-module frequency caps and a global kill switch — keep members from ever being over-messaged. Install once; keep a single module, mix and match, or unlock the full suite at the bundle price.
Live · on WhopClipora
A video-first funnel and conversion platform for creators. Instead of renting an audience from social platforms, creators wrap their video in a conversion experience — capture forms, calls to action and sequencing — that turns a watch into an email signup, purchase or booking. Video is the engine, not decoration: branching paths, watch-time triggers and AI-assisted funnel generation let the video itself drive where a viewer goes next. Web and mobile, freemium across Free, Pro and Creator tiers.
Paused · returningFlowVitals
Uptime monitoring, failure detection, alerting and automated backups for n8n. Connects to your instances, catches silent errors and broken runs, and alerts via Slack, Telegram, email or PagerDuty — with versioned backups so you can always roll back. Built for agencies and teams running automations in production.
In development · v1Roundup Builder
A small, self-contained web app for assembling photo layouts into a polished document. Upload photos, organise them into sections, pick from automatic layouts (grids, mosaics, feature heroes, justified rows) and download a formatted .docx that opens cleanly in Word or Google Docs. Fully white-label — rename the app, set a brand colour and logo, all applied across the UI and the exported documents. Free, open-source (MIT) and self-hostable with Docker, no third-party services required.
Live · Free & open-sourceSchool Timetabler
A focused, modern school timetabling app that lives on a school computer. Set bell times, curriculum and teaching groups, then generate a complete, clash-free timetable with an OR-Tools constraint solver — across up to three departments (for example early-years, primary and secondary), each with its own bell schedule. It's designed specifically to import into iSAMS, with exports also available in iSAMS timetable format, so a generated timetable drops straight into your MIS. One drag-and-drop workspace gives synced Class, Staff and Room views with live conflict detection, an electives allocator, versioning, and Excel/PDF/HTML exports. Ships as a double-click desktop app with a bundled database and solver, or self-hosted via Docker.
In developmentThe Lab
Smaller tools and prototypes built to test ideas in public. The Lab is where new bets start — quick experiments that either earn a place in the portfolio or teach us something for the next one.
